1. Who we are

RealReels is an analytics service for short real estate videos: the website realreels.monster, the user dashboard and the Telegram bot @Real_reels_agent.

The owner of the RealReels service (data controller, veri sorumlusu), Turkey, is responsible for processing personal data. Send data questions to the Telegram bot with the /paysupport command.

2. What data we collect

• Website account: email, name, role (realtor, agency, developer), chosen markets, Instagram handle (optional), language, consent records, sign-up and sign-in dates.

• Telegram: chat ID, username and display name, language, chosen markets, subscription status.

• Activity in the service: which dashboard pages and Reels you were shown, which breakdowns you opened, taps on “Text” and “Open in Instagram”, chosen filters, bot commands, saved Reels, plan requests. This is recorded on our server without cookies or third-party trackers.

• Payments: when you pay with Telegram Stars or via Paddle, we only receive the fact, amount and period of payment. We never receive or store card details.

• Technical data: a session cookie required to sign in to the dashboard. Sign-in codes and links are stored only as hashes and are valid for 10–30 minutes. We currently use no advertising or analytics cookies.

• Public data of Instagram creators: handle, profile name, public Reels, captions, view, like and comment counts, plus the transcript and breakdown we produce from them. We collect only openly published information.

3. Why and on what legal basis

• Providing the service — account, sign-in, dashboard, morning digest: performance of our contract with you (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

• Payment records and invoices: compliance with legal obligations (KVKK art. 5/2-ç; GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).

• Improving Reel selection, usage statistics, abuse prevention: our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

• News and offers by email: only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw in dashboard settings.

• Analysis of creators' public Reels: our legitimate interest in real estate market trend analytics. A creator can ask us to exclude their account.

4. Who we share data with

Our providers process data only for their specific task: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sign-in code emails), Telegram (bot and Stars payments), Apify (collecting public Instagram data), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI tagging, transcription and breakdowns of public Reels), Paddle (website payments, once connected).

These companies' servers are located outside Turkey, including in the EU, the US and Japan. Transfers are based on our agreements with them and the safeguards required by KVKK and the GDPR. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep data

• Account and settings: as long as the account exists; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

• Sign-in session: 30 days; sign-in codes: 10 minutes.

• Activity in the service: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.

• Payment records: as long as tax law requires.

• Public creator data: while the Reel is used in analytics; deleted at the creator's request.

6. Your rights

You can find out whether we process your data, get a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and port your data to another service (KVKK art. 11; GDPR arts. 15–22). You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Turkey, the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu; in the EU, your country's data protection authority.

You can change your name, markets, language and email consent yourself in dashboard Settings. Send other requests to the Telegram bot with /paysupport — we reply within 30 days.

7. Security

The website works only over HTTPS, only our server can access the database, and sign-in codes and links are stored as hashes.

8. Age

The service is intended for real estate professionals and not for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We publish new versions of this policy on this page with a date and announce significant changes in the dashboard or the bot.
